4. Payments & Billing

All service fees, payment schedules, and applicable charges will be communicated before the commencement of a project.

Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional charges where agreed in writing.

Third-party expenses, including advertising budgets, software subscriptions, hosting, domains, and paid tools, are separate unless expressly included in the agreed quotation.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information, content, and project requirements.

• Supply necessary access, materials, and approvals on time.

• Ensure they have the rights to all materials provided to Kriya Space.

• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines.

• Comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

Delays in receiving required information or approvals may affect project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for project deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client will receive the agreed rights to the final deliverables, subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions.

Kriya Space retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methods, and reusable components. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective license terms.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Both parties agree to take reasonable measures to protect confidential business information shared during a project.

Kriya Space will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that information and personal data they provide to Kriya Space may lawfully be shared and processed for the agreed services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, tools, software, hosting providers, advertising networks, or integrations.

Kriya Space is not responsible for changes, interruptions, pricing, or policies imposed by third-party providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and conditions.

9. Timelines & Results

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and timely cooperation from the client.

We aim to deliver quality work within the agreed schedule; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, changes in requirements, or third-party dependencies.

Digital marketing, SEO, advertising, and business growth services do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, revenue, conversions, or other business outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided in accordance with the applicable project agreement. Except as expressly agreed or required by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free software, or specific business results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kriya Space will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may request termination of a project in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment for work completed, approved expenses, and any applicable cancellation charges agreed in writing.

Kriya Space may suspend or terminate services in the event of a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
